Aaaaahhh!!! Production issues!!!😱

 I had a crazy time today at work. Our team came across a production issue regarding time tracking for an employee. My seniors in the team worked on it, but couldn't figure out the issue. I had a chance to tackle it. To my surprise (well, I was not that surprised 😏), I was able to figure out a part of the RCA, which we informed to the client. The client had to inform their payroll team, and they had a few exchanges on how to resolve it. Eventually, payroll team made a change and we relaunched out application. It completed successfully, voila! Now they want an RCA document to be made. You know what that means? 😔It means extra work for me tomorrow.

I know I skipped a post last week, but I was kind of busy with my work schedule. My shift timings changed, so now I work in the afternoon shift. And I am going to post at least one post a day, 🤞.
